The Houston Texans and special teams coordinator Larry Izzo agreed to mutually part ways Tuesday, Jan. 2. The Texans also fired defensive backs coach John Butler, while running backs coach Charles London resigned.

The Houston Texans announced the rest of their coaching staff Thursday, Feb. 6, and that staff will not include an offensive coordinator. Jim Bernhardt (Director of Football Research), John Butler (secondary), Doug Colman (assistant special teams), Paul Dunn (offensive line), Craig Fitzgerald (head strength and conditioning), George Godsey (quarterbacks), Sean Hayes (assistant strength and conditioning), Stan Hixon (wide receivers), Tim Kelly (offensive quality control), Will Lawing (defensive quality control), Charles London (running backs), Anthony Midget (assistant secondary), John Perry (tight ends), Anthony Pleasant (assistant strength and conditioning) and Mike Vrabel (linebackers).
