Seahawks | Paul Richardson reaches end zone

Mon, 11 Dec 2017 05:34:22 -0800

Seattle Seahawks WR Paul Richardson had three catches for 72 yards and a touchdown against the Jacksonville Jaguars Sunday, Dec. 10.

Fantasy Tip: He also led the team with seven targets, which might have contributed to Jimmy Graham only being looked at twice. Richardson is far too inconsistent to use against the Los Angeles Rams next week except as a weak flex play.

Seahawks | Paul Richardson leads team in win

Sun, 26 Nov 2017 19:25:31 -0800

Seattle Seahawks WR Paul Richardson finished with four receptions for 70 yards on seven targets in Week 12 against the San Francisco 49ers.

Fantasy Tip: Richardson had the biggest plays in the pass offense in this 24-13 victory, and Russell Wilson looked to the wide receiver the most. The wideout is in a contract year, so he'll be trying even harder down the stretch to turn heads for that big pay day in the offseason. As such he's a solid WR4 or flex fantasy option in Week 13 and beyond.

Seahawks | Paul Richardson draws season high in targets

Mon, 20 Nov 2017 23:05:27 -0800

Seattle Seahawks WR Paul Richardson finished with five catches on eight targets for 56 yards in the team's Week 11 loss Monday, Nov. 20, versus the Atlanta Falcons.

Fantasy Tip: This was somewhat of an encouraging outing from Richardson, as it was the most throws he's received in a game all season, and the result was his second outing with at least five receptions. Still, he's decisively behind Jimmy Graham and Doug Baldwin on the food chain, which severely caps his ceiling as a WR3.

Seahawks | Paul Richardson expected to play

Thu, 09 Nov 2017 11:21:38 -0800

Seattle Seahawks WR Paul Richardson (groin) plans to take the field Thursday, Nov. 9, but could be on a snap count, according to a source.

Fantasy Tip: Richardson's name has a lot of caution tape wrapped around it tonight. It's better to keep him on the bench tonight after a short week. Doug Baldwin is an automatic start and Tyler Lockett makes for a decent flex option in standard leagues.

Seahawks | Paul Richardson down to the wire

Thu, 09 Nov 2017 09:21:46 -0800

Updating previous reports, Seattle Seahawks WR Paul Richardson (groin) is considered a game-time decision Thursday, Nov. 9, but there is optimism he plays.

Fantasy Tip: He has had a good stretch the last few games, but with a short week and his boom-or-bust nature, he's not the kind of start you want against the Arizona Cardinals this week.

Seahawks | Questionable tag for Paul Richardson

Wed, 08 Nov 2017 15:26:28 -0800

Seattle Seahawks WR Paul Richardson (groin) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 8, and is listed as questionable for Week 10.

Fantasy Tip: Richardson may be a game-time decision for Week 10 after missing the last two days of practice, so owners will need to check the inactive list. He has recorded three touchdowns over the last three games, but owners may want to consider other starting options because of his uncertain status.

Seahawks | Paul Richardson misses practice

Tue, 07 Nov 2017 16:43:49 -0800

Seattle Seahawks WR Paul Richardson (groin) was held out of practice Tuesday, Nov. 7.

Fantasy Tip: It's worrisome that Richardson couldn't practice with game day being about 48 hours away. It would be telling if he is able to practice tomorrow or not. Given the fact that he's on a short week, it's not advisable to start him if he continues to miss practice.

Seahawks | Paul Richardson cools off in Week 9

Sun, 05 Nov 2017 20:51:56 -0800

Seattle Seahawks WR Paul Richardson posted three receptions for 41 yards on his three targets in Week 9 against the Washington Redskins.

Fantasy Tip: His stat line would have been even worse if not for a late 26-yard catch in the fourth quarter. Still, Richardson remains a pretty decent WR4 in most fantasy leagues heading into Week 10 against the Cardinals on Thursday night. The Seattle offense has been pass-heavy of late.

Seahawks | Paul Richardson finds end zone twice

Sun, 29 Oct 2017 18:58:10 -0700

Seattle Seahawks WR Paul Richardson posted six receptions for 105 yards and two touchdowns on seven targets in Week 8 against the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Tip: Richardson has been outstanding in the past two weeks, going for 166 receiving yards and three touchdowns. He has at least two receptions in each of his seven games this season, and he has found the end zone at least once in four of the past six outings. He has emerged as a dependable WR4 in most PPR formats, and if he keeps going this way he is going to be a solid standard option, too.
