Bears | Allen Robinson expected to play

Sun, 12 Aug 2018 17:44:35 -0700

Chicago Bears WR Allen Robinson (knee) said the plan is for him to play in the preseason game against the Denver Broncos Saturday, Aug. 18.

Fantasy Tip: Robinson is coming back from a torn anterior cruciate ligament and probably will not receive a lot of playing time during the game. He is expected to be the main target in the passing game this season and could be a No. 2 receiver in most fantasy leagues.

Bears | Day off for Allen Robinson

Mon, 23 Jul 2018 09:45:06 -0700

Updating a previous report, Chicago Bears WR Allen Robinson did not participate in practice Monday, July 23, because it was a scheduled day off for him, according to head coach Matt Nagy.

Fantasy Tip: Robinson is coming back from a torn anterior cruciate ligament, so he probably will be limited at times during training camp. It appears that he will be ready for the start of the season and should lead the team in targets in 2018. He can be a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in most fantasy leagues.

Bears | Allen Robinson looking like old self

Fri, 20 Jul 2018 10:54:03 -0700

Chicago Bears WR Allen Robinson worked out with quarterbacks, rookies and players rebounding from injuries a few days before the rest of their teammates reported to training camp early this week. Robinson did enough in that time to make Mitchell Trubisky believe Robinson has fully recovered from last year's ACL surgery. "He got healthy and he's starting to look like the old Allen Robinson, and it's good to see. We got to throw a couple times recently and he's getting back to his old self, just getting more and more comfortable, getting his legs underneath him, getting that speed back," Trubisky said.

Bears | Allen Robinson good to go

Thu, 19 Jul 2018 10:19:12 -0700

Chicago Bears WR Allen Robinson (knee) is "full steam ahead" as the Bears commence training camp, according to head coach Matt Nagy.

Fantasy Tip: Don't expect the Bears to push Robinson too hard in his comeback from a torn ACL so as to avoid any setbacks or aggravations. Robinson begins a promising second start in what is still a young NFL career. As Chicago's No. 1 wide receiver in what will be a potentially improved offense, Robinson has low-end WR1 to high-end WR2 intrigue.

Bears | Allen Robinson should be ready for camp

Sat, 07 Jul 2018 13:31:43 -0700

The Chicago Bears expect WR Allen Robinson (knee) to be a full participant once training camp begins.

Fantasy Tip: Robinson is coming off a torn anterior cruciate ligament, so owners will need to keep an eye on his status during the first few days of camp. He should be the main target in the passing game for the Bears and can be a No. 2 fantasy receiver.

Bears | Allen Robinson practices Wednesday

Wed, 30 May 2018 11:36:59 -0700

Chicago Bears WR Allen Robinson (knee) practiced Wednesday, May 30, for the first time since signing with Bears. Robinson is still working his way towards a full recovery from a torn anterior cruciate ligament in Week 1 last year.

Fantasy Tip: Robinson is an underrated fantasy asset in his first season with Chicago, as long as he's healthy. His injury history makes him more draftable as a low-end WR1 or high-end WR2 representing Mitchell Trubisky's No. 1 target.

Bears | Allen Robinson where he needs to be

Wed, 16 May 2018 12:26:09 -0700

Chicago Bears WR Allen Robinson (knee) is ahead of the game and looking good as he continues to recover from a torn anterior cruciate ligament he suffered in Week 1 last year. Head coach Matt Nagy said the Bears feel good about Robinson's prognosis and that he won't need to be rushed back.

Fantasy Tip: Robinson is ready for a rebound season with a new team and a fresh start. He will immediately step in and serve as Mitch Trubisky's No. 1 target on an otherwise lackluster receiving corps. If Trubisky can improve and be consistent, Robinson has top 15 fantasy WR potential.
